Returns are available worldwide within 30 days of receiving the order.

Eligibility

Items must be returned:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered

  • In original packaging (if applicable), including any accessories or inserts

  • With proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number)

How to Request a Return

Submit a return request through the store’s support or order page. If approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If you are returning due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is wrong, damaged, or defective on arrival, return shipping will be covered or an alternative solution may be provided where available.

We recommend using a tracked service. Returns lost in transit may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds (Within 3 Days)

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
